HIGH RANGE SUPERPLASTICIZER AND SELF-COMPACTING

ATYS-SCC-1202 is a third generation polycarboxylate based superplasticizer for concrete. It has been particularly developed for use in ready mixed concrete to give extended slump retention and high strength development of normal grade concrete mixes. ATYS-SCC-1202 is suitable for use in concrete mixes containing micro silica and other pozzolanic materials such as GGBS and fly ash. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

ATYS-SCC-1202 is mainly used for the following applications:

• During hot weather the production of concrete with extended transportation or placing times
• Production of site mixed and ready-mix concrete
• Concrete requiring retained workability for extended periods
• Concrete with low water: cement ratio
• Concrete placing in congested steel reinforcement
• Self-compacting concrete
• Slim elements requiring a high standard of surface finish
• High performance / high strength concrete.
